Short Course: Sustainable Fashion - 2020
Taught by two tutors with a combined 20 years of working in sustainable fashion and experience of setting up new businesses, designing for the high street, and managing projects with global corporations. With a share a passion for improving the way fashion does business, presenting research findings and encouraged to source up-to-date information, facts and figures on the topics covered, this course allowed me to develop a broad understanding of the fashion industry, from textile fibre production to the globalisation of fast fashion from a sustainability point of view.

2 Short Courses: Confident Copywriting, Brand Strategy - 2020
Developing my copywriting skills and strengthening my unique writing style, I gain practical insight into persuasive writing by working on print, web, social media and other forms of marketing media. Additionally my second course uniquely combined design and marketing expert information and gave me an insight, and hands-on practical experience into the whole process of branding from strategic brand positioning and articulation to brand identity creation, brand expression and brand experience.

With experience in marketing, branding, creative direction, product design input, brand licensing, campaigns and photoshoots I am now venturing into the world of export and trade shows to allow me to have a full circle understanding of the product journey and the channels they take and how we can enhance this from within the brand.

Choosing to go into the yachting industry and work in hospitality, major event planning as a personal assistant, I have gained a wide array of life, organisation and people skills as well as networking contacts on a global scale.

Completing a 2 week Luxury Brand Marketing Internship at the age of 16, I was encapsulated with the industry of luxury automotive, from how they are created on the supply chain to the TV commercials we watch at home. With a direct interest in the 'Special Vehicle' department I learned the difference between luxury branding and marketing compared to just disposable income marketing and branding and how it's all about the storytelling.

Advertising and Communication (Cancelled due to Covid) - 2021
A competitive university transfer program that I was selected for after rigourous rounds of interviews and portfolio work. I wanted to go to FIT to study Advertising & Communications as that program gives a broad-based introduction to the various aspects of the fields of: advertising, direct marketing, journalism, public relations, and media buying. With the opportunity to create media campaigns, write ads and press releases, and produce commercials in a professional digital studio, I wanted to develop an advertising and marketing understanding from the world's epicentre of advertising (Time Square, New York) from leading field professionals.

Ba (Hons) Fashion Marketing & Branding (Disposable Income Industries) 2019 - 2022
Making me a strategic thinker, within my degree I used market analysis and business acumen to develop and prepare briefs for multiple creative agencies in various disposable income industries. I studied modules which delve into the theories behind fashion marketing, branding, self-identity and cultural influences, and applied this knowledge to live project briefs set by some of the industry’s biggest labels.
